That's right, we have filmed the latest Disney film, Moana dubbed in Hindi for all Indians out there who can't wait for its Indian release on December 14th 2016. Moana is a 2016 American 3D computer-animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the 37th Disney animated feature film. Directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, the film was written by Jared Bush, Irene Mecchi, Jonathan Roberts, Tim Kelly. The film stars Auli'i Cravalho as Moana Waialiki with Dwayne Johnson, Nicole Scherzinger, Temuera Morrison, Jemaine Clement in lead roles. The story follows Moana Waialiki, a spirited teenager who sails out to sea in search of a fabled island. There, she meets the demigod Maui who helps her become a master wayfinder. The film was released in Disney Digital 3-D, RealD 3D, IMAX 3D and Regular formats on December 19, 2016. To date, the film has grossed $789 million worldwide and has received universal praise from critics with particular focus on its animation and music. It is currently the 10th highest grossing animated film of all time as well as one of the highest-grossing films of 2016. It was the first animated film to be nominated for Best Picture at the 89th Academy Awards and to win an Oscar for Production Design. Its success has led to a Broadway adaptation which had its premiere on December 2017. Moana is scheduled for release on Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital on March 7, 2017.
